Q. Do I have to pay for the maximum number of appointments I choose if I do not get that many appointments?
A. No way!! You only pay for appointments that we actually set for you, the maximum number just ensures that we don't set more of our hot appointments than you can handle.
Q. Why do you need my MLS name, and License number?
A. In order for us to contact expired listings in your market for you, as well as all the FSBO's, NOD's, Probates, etc., we will need to verify you are a licensed agent in your MLS.
